Robert Archambault

Waterford - Robert Archambault, 65, of Florida, and formerly of Waterford, entered eternal life Dec. 8, 2024. He was born July 19, 1959, in Holyoke, Mass., the beloved

son of Mary (Girouard) Archambault of Florida, and Oakdale, and the late Leo J. Archambault.

Robert graduated from Saint Bernard High School, Class of 1977. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and later graduated from American International College in Springfield, Mass. Mr. Archambault worked in security at Millstone Power Plant, Electric Boat and later retired from Foxwoods Casino.

He will be greatly missed by his five siblings: Ronald and wife Eileen Archambault, Richard Archambault, Ann (Archambault) and husband Patrick Knowles, Roy and wife Julie

Archambault and Amy (Archambault) Narducci; and nieces and nephews who provided much joy for their Uncle Bob.

Family and friends may gather at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, for a Mass of Christian Burial in the Cathedral of St. Patrick, 213 Broadway, Norwich. His family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to Mass at St. Patrick Cathedral. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery will be private for family only. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Avenue, New London, has been entrusted with his care.
