Frances A. Escobido

ESCOBIDO: Frances A. Escobido, 93, of Waterford, entered eternal life on May 15, 2026, at home in the company of her loving family. She was born Oct. 4, 1932 in Kahalu’u, Hawaii, the daughter of the late Marcelino and Margarita (Menosa) Aldaya. Frances worked for many years in the hotel industry. She was predeceased by her son, Hilarion Escobido, Jr. and survived by three of her children, Keith Escobido, Hilary Willard, and Mark Escobido, and 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.  She played softball until she was 55, was an avid reader, and loved playing card games and Mahjong with her family. All funeral services are private, the Impellitteri-Malia funeral home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London has been entrusted with her care.
