Elvis Ysaac Diaz

DIAZ: Elvis Ysaac Diaz, 41 entered eternal life on June 5, 2025. He was born July 24, 1983 in New York City, the son of Rubel Diaz and Fedora Heyer-Diaz. He moved to New London in 2004 with his family that he loved fiercely. He was close to all his aunts, uncles and cousins. He was currently in partnership with First Light Studio a photography and Video Company in East Hartford.  Besides his beloved parents, he is survived by two siblings, Monica and Omar Diaz (wife, Liandra). Uncle Rafael Hayer and aunts, Josefina Javier and Lesly Mercedes. Cousins, Oriel, Jonathan, Raphael and Rosanna Hayer and Ariel Lemus. As well as his nieces and nephews, Leilani and Alessandra Diaz, Milani and Milori Hayer, and Jovanny, Jayven and Nayeli Hayer.

His family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday morning at St Mary Star of the Sea Church, 10 Huntington St., New London, from 10 to 11 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery to follow. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., has been entrusted with his care.
