Dorothy DeLeon

DeLeon: Dorothy DeLeon, 81, of Groton, entered eternal life on Aug. 18, 2025. She was born Dec. 27, 1943, in Maine, the daughter of the late Joseph and Clementean (Hennessey) Kelly.  Mrs. DeLeon worked at Foxwoods Casino as a spa attendant for 10 years. She was united in marriage to the late Bernard DeLeon, Sr. on Dec. 1, 1974. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A sister Genevieve Stapelton and predeceased by her siblings, Mary Palmer and Gary Kelly.  Private interment in St. Mary Cemetery, New London.
