Deborah P. Brooks

BROOKS: Deborah P. Brooks, 73 of East Lyme. It was great sadness the passing of our beloved wife and mother, Deborah P. Brooks on April 4, 2026, after a brief illness. She was born Feb. 23, 1953, in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Jerry and Anna (Pezzello) Picardi, Sr.  She was raised in Waterford and graduated from Waterford High School, class of 1972. Debra was a devoted and loving wife and mother and enjoyed her family. She is survived by her husband Raymond Brooks, daughter Charlene Brooks.  Her siblings, Anthony, Franki, Jerry, Gary, Anna and Geraline. All funeral services are private. Memorial donations in her memory to, American Cancer Society, 538 Preston Ave., Merdian, CT 06450. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London has been entrusted with her care.
