Daniel Docker

DOCKER: Daniel Docker, 70 of New London entered eternal life on Oct. 19, 2025. He was born Sept. 16, 1955, in Groton, CT, the son of the late Martin Docker and Sophie Cheremeteff Docker. Daniel lived in Groton, and graduated from St. Bernard High School, class of 1973. He enlisted in the US Navy serving as a corpsman and was honorably discharged, he later served in the CT National Guard. He was united in marriage in St. Joseph Church to the former Mary Orlando, Mary survives him. Mr. Docker retired from Hunters Ambulance as a EMT for many years. He was a active  member, of the New London Republican’s.  Besides his beloved wife Mary, he is survived by a daughter Annamaria and husband Ryan Christian of New London. Four siblings, Michael Docker of WA, Elena Docker, MD of Utah, Katrina Docker, MD of Norwich, Yelisveta Cheremeteff-Docker of Virginia. His family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 4pm to 7 pm at the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London. Interment will be private.
