Anna P. Cioci

CIOCI: Anna P. Cioci, 93 of Waterford, entered eternal life on April 13, 2026. She was born April 30, 1932, in New London the daughter of the late Jerry and Elizabeth (Santangelo) Gennotti. She was united in marriage to Alfred “Freddie” Cioci on Nov. 17, 1951, in St. Joseph Church, Freddie died in 2014.  Mrs. Cioci retired from Electric Boat after many years. Anna was a devoted Roman Catholic and was a communicant of St. Mary Star of the Sea Church. She is survived by two daughters and spouses, Cheryl and Paul Lawrence of New London, Patricia and Bill Spellman of Waterford. Four grandchildren, Sean and Ryan Spellman, Christina Cioci-Robinson and Anthony Cioci. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Alfred Cioci and son Michael Cioci.  Three brothers, Frank, Pasquale and Girard Gennotti, Family and friends may gather for a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday (April 30), at 10 am in St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 10 Huntington St. New London. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery will be private. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London has been entrusted with her care.
