Alba Foltz

Niantic - Alba Marie Gaudenzi Foltz (April 9, 1932 – May 15, 2025). Alba passed away at the age of 93 Thursday, May 15, 2025 in Niantic.

Born April 9, 1932, in New London, to Vincent and Mary Gaudenzi, she was a seamstress for many years in New London County. She was an excellent baker and had a knack for crafting. She was married to Victor E. Foltz from The Bronx, N.Y., who passed away in 2002.

She is survived by her four children: sons, Victor, Robert and Richard and daughter Linda; daughters-in-law, Joyce, Jen and Dana; grandchildren: Ryan, Joseph, Chase, Grace, Luke, Kyle and Faith.

The service will be held with viewing time from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 22, at the Impellitteri – Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London. The funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, May 23, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 149 Montauk Ave., New London.
